We are seeking an experienced IT Staffing Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our IT Executive Search and Talent Solutions services, targeting C-level IT Executives and Leaders within the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships in the IT staffing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of IT Executive Search and Talent Solutions services and their applications.
Experience with CRM software, sales reporting tools, and other sales-related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our IT Executive Search and Talent Solutions services in the US market.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the IT industry, including CIOs, CTOs, and other senior-level executives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT Executive Search and Talent Solutions services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, and ensure that all agreements are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in our CRM system.
Monitor industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to the leadership team on new services that can help drive revenue growth.
